AI features & automation

Put AI to work on a specific business task.

Answer routine questions, organize incoming inquiries, search approved documents or prepare a draft for your team. Nimbus offers AI features and workflow automation for small businesses in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Bradenton.

A useful AI feature has a clear job, an agreed information source and a way to tell when it needs help. We scope the behavior and running costs before adding it to your website or business tools.

How the work goes

  1. Decide whether AI is the right tool

Some jobs need a simple form, search box or fixed rule. We start with the business task and choose the simplest approach that meets it. AI is useful when the input varies and the result can be checked.

  2. Choose what the feature can know and do

We agree the source documents, which people can access them, what actions are allowed and when a person must take over. A customer assistant should not invent your prices, availability or policies.

  3. Test the behavior with your examples

Before launch, we check typical requests alongside missing information, misleading questions and service failures. We agree which outputs require review, and how a visitor reaches a person when the feature cannot help.

  4. Launch with measurable limits

We set the agreed usage controls and review the results against the actual task: for example, whether an inquiry was categorized correctly or an answer matched the approved source. Information updates, provider charges and ongoing support remain part of the operating plan.

What people usually arrive with

“We answer the same questions every day”

An assistant can draw on approved service details and direct a visitor to the right next step. Start with questions you already receive rather than asking it to answer anything about your business.

“Requests arrive in a mess”

AI can help label or summarize an incoming inquiry and prepare a draft for review. Actions such as sending a quote or making a booking need explicit workflow rules and the appropriate checks.

“The answer is buried in our documents”

A document-search tool can help your team locate information in the material you approve. Access controls and links back to the source matter when different people should see different information.

Common questions

What will an AI feature cost each month?

It depends on the model or service, request volume, amount of information processed and hosting. We estimate these separately from the build, agree usage controls and confirm who pays each provider.

Can a chatbot give wrong answers?

Yes. We limit its scope, use approved information, test representative questions and provide a route to a person. Testing reduces avoidable mistakes; it does not make every generated answer correct.

Will adding AI improve my Google ranking?

Adding an AI feature does not itself promise a ranking improvement. Build it when it helps visitors or your team. Useful public service content and an accessible website still need their own attention.

Can this be added to our existing website?

Often, but we need to inspect the platform, available integrations and access before confirming. The feature can be quoted separately without assuming the whole website must be rebuilt.

What a small business website costs

At Nimbus, a single-page website costs $300. A starter website costs $650 for up to three pages, and a larger business website costs $1,250 for up to five. These are one-time build prices with optional monthly help and separately agreed third-party costs.

Tell us which repeated question or task you want help with. We will define a small testable feature and separate the build cost from ongoing usage.

What would make your work easier?

Describe the task, who uses the tool and what a successful result looks like. We will help define the first version and quote it.
