Included with both websites

A mobile-friendly design, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, Search Console setup with your access, image optimization, and checks of links and contact-form delivery before launch. One business, one language. Basic search setup prepares your site for discovery; it does not guarantee rankings or leads.

You receive the site files after full payment and keep control of your domain. We include a handoff and 30 days of corrections for defects in the agreed build. These are static websites; a visual editing dashboard is not included.

Domain registration, hosting and any form-service or other third-party charges are separate and agreed before work starts. Online stores, booking systems, branding, photography, extra pages and larger migrations need a separate quote. Extra revisions or changes to the agreed scope are quoted before work begins.

Website care

For a Nimbus-built static website: uptime alerts, a monthly contact check, routine dependency maintenance, and up to 30 minutes of small text or photo changes each month.

Unused edit time does not roll over. New features and larger fixes are quoted separately. Third-party charges are separate.

Local SEO

$400per month, including care

Up to 4 hours of work per month in total, including website care, research, implementation and a short progress report. We select one priority based on your site's evidence and agree the work before starting.

That might be improving a service page, addressing a technical problem, or working on your Google Business Profile. The plan does not include every activity every month, ad spend, or unlimited content. Rankings and leads are not guaranteed.

Monthly plans are optional. Cancel before the next renewal; your website remains yours. The SEO plan includes care within the $400 total, so there is no extra $75 care charge. Unused SEO hours do not roll over.

One agreed repair taking up to 3 hours, including access checks, communication and verification. We confirm the exact problem and whether it fits before you commit. A larger job gets a separate quote.
